We can not say enough amazing things about Team Rivera! They made the entire home buying process so smooth and stress free. Both Steve & Rose were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to have had them by our side for the purchase of our first home & would highly recommend them.
Read the full reviewAs first time home buyers, we went into this process nervous, overwhelmed, and with a million questions. Team Rivera Real Estate completely changed that experience for us in the best way possible.
They were patient, knowledgeable, and always available even late at night to walk us through every step and make sure we truly understood what was happening. No question ever felt “too small,” and we always felt supported and confident because of their guidance.
What really set them apart was their negotiation skills. They fought for us and secured an outcome we honestly didn’t think was possible. That win alone made all the difference, and it showed just how much they genuinely care about their clients.
We never felt like just another transaction. We felt like a priority. If you’re buying your first home and want a team that will go above and beyond, advocate for you, and treat you like family, Team Rivera Real Estate is the team you want. We cannot recommend them enough.
My family and I recently worked with Team Rivera to sell our home. They were everything you would want in an agent - reliable, professional, available, informed. Steven and Rose were both extremely helpful throughout the process and they really stepped up for us big time to advocate on our behalf when it was needed! They are both so kind and really helped to take the stress out of the process for us! Can’t say enough amazing things about them!
How we work
Selling, buying, and everything after.
Selling
We start with a pricing strategy meeting, then prepare your home with professional photos, floor plans, video, and aerials and market it on the MLS and across the Keller Williams network. We run the showings, negotiate the offers, and coordinate everything through closing.
How we sellBuying
We sit down with you to understand what you want, search OneKey MLS listings together, and tour the homes that fit. When the right one comes along, we help you write a strong offer and guide the inspection, the contract, and the closing.
How we help buyersAfter the sale
Closing day is not the end of it. We stay a call or text away for contractor and vendor recommendations, an update on what your home is worth whenever you want one, and help with whatever move comes next.

The areas we know best.
The north shore around our HQ on Lake Avenue in Saint James, the North Fork and the South Shore, which we now serve from there, Nassau County and the northeast Queens neighborhoods next door, which we work from our brokerage office in Woodbury, and Florida, with Naples and Southwest Florida as home base. We work anywhere on Long Island and in Queens, so a town that is not listed here is still a town we work in.
