Sell your home
with a plan.
What listing with us includes
Everything your listing needs.
Pricing strategy meeting
We walk through your home, then sit down with recent sales, active listings, and homes that did not sell nearby, and set a price and a plan together.
Professional photos
Your home is photographed by a professional, with the rooms prepared and the light right, so the listing looks its best online.
Floor plans
A clear floor plan so buyers understand the layout and the flow of the house before they ever walk in.
Video
A video walk-through of the home for the listing and for social media, so buyers can get a feel for the space.
Aerials
Aerial photos and video where the property suits them, to show the lot, the setting, and what is around it.
Marketing on the KW network
Your listing goes on the MLS and out across the Keller Williams network, plus the Team Rivera social channels.
Showings
We schedule and attend showings, and we collect feedback from buyers and their agents and share it with you.
Negotiation
We review every offer with you, price and terms both, and negotiate on your behalf through the inspection and the contract.
Closing coordination
We work with your attorney, the buyer's side, and the lender to keep the deal moving until the day you hand over the keys.

Where we sell
Long Island and Queens.
The pages below are the areas we know best: the North Shore around our Saint James office, the North Fork, the South Shore, Nassau County around our brokerage office in Woodbury, the northeast Queens neighborhoods next door, and Florida, for a move south. Each town page covers the housing, the water, the downtown, and how to get around.
Anywhere on Long Island or in Queens. If your town is not listed here, that changes nothing.
Florida
Moving out of state? We sell here and connect you with a Keller Williams agent there. How that works
- How do you decide on a list price?
- We start with a walk through your home, then sit down for a pricing strategy meeting. We go through recent sales, active listings, and homes that did not sell near you, adjust for condition, layout, and lot, and agree on a price and a plan together. The final decision is always yours.
- What does the listing marketing include?
- Professional photos, a floor plan, video, and aerials where the property suits them. The listing goes on the MLS and out across the Keller Williams network, and we share it on the Team Rivera social channels. You see everything before it goes live.
- Should I renovate or repair before listing?
- Usually not a big renovation. We walk through the home with you and point out the small fixes, cleaning, and staging choices that tend to matter most to buyers, and we tell you honestly where spending money is unlikely to come back to you.
- Who handles showings?
- We do. We schedule and attend showings, collect feedback from buyers and their agents, and share it with you so you always know how the home is being received.
- What happens after we accept an offer?
- In New York an accepted offer is followed by attorney review and a signed contract, then the buyer's inspection, appraisal, and mortgage process. We coordinate with your attorney, the buyer's side, and the lender, keep the timeline moving, and stay with you through the closing.
- How do I get started?
- Request a home valuation with the form on this page, or call or text (631) 213-2005. Steven or Rose will reach out to set up a walk-through and a pricing strategy meeting, with no obligation to list.
